If you wish to register to enter Stage one of this competition, please click on and download the form below, fill it in and send it to us with a cheque for $25 made out to On Site. 

Entries may be sent, as attachements to an email, to editor [at] onsitereview [dot]ca (no spaces of course). 

To use our ftp site, please contact us for the address and password.

Do not send original material through the post.  Remember, all these entries will be viewed on a web screen, so size them accordingly. 

If you wish to your fee electronically, fill out the form and email it to us, and deposit the registration fee directly into our PayPal account:  go to www.paypal.com . Then deposit your fee, using your own PayPal account, to billing@onsitereview.ca

Or

if you are far away, international and distant and don't want to use a local cheque and don't have PayPal (we can't accept credit cards directly which is why we use PayPal), get a money order and put it in the mail.  Let us know by email it is coming so we can look out for it. 

Deadlines for this:  just keep us informed  of whatever you are doing.  We are more interested in the ideas than the date stamp on the envelope.
